Creation & Evolution

+ Read it

Genesis 7:24
And the waters prevailed on the earth one hundred and fifty days.

Not only did it rain (and underground fountains poured out water too) for 40 days, but there was so much water that it stayed on the surface of the earth for 150 days before it began to dissapear. In all Noah and his family were on the ark for over 1 year! If the water takes that long to dry up, there must be a lot of it!

Genesis 9:11, 13
. . . never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth.
" . . . I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth."

God promised to never to destroy the earth with a flood like Noahs again. But since then we have had a lot of floods, did God break His promise? No because none of them have destroyed the whole earth. They are all small floods.
